The watch is generally available in three different sizes; Fenix 7, Fenix 7S and Fenix 7X. Fenix 7 S is the smallest size which primarily is suited for women. It measures 42 mm in circumference. Fenix 7 is the ”normal” size. It measures 47 mm in circumeference. Fenix 7X is the large size. ps. The Garmin watch has repeated the random high HR measurement and high HR alert *seven times* after the first false alert today. I have now zero confidence on the new Fenix 7X Pro watch. Perhaps I should just send it thing back, end my 20+ years relationship with Garmin and go to a more reliable competitor. The Fenix 7X is a multi-fitness device and Garmin takes that claim very seriously. The watch can track anything from walks to runs, to cycling, to workouts and more. It can even track the The Venu 2 is not a Fenix 7. It was never stated by anyone that the testing in hospitals was done with a Fenix 7. Fenix 7 might have ECG hardware in it, but there is absolutely zero confirmation of that.
